Our trained therapists can bring complementary therapies to you, in the workplace, and help you and your colleagues towards health & well-being.
The treatments that are available are:
• Reflexology (hands or feet)
• Indian Head Massage (includes head, neck & shoulders) – no oils used
• Reiki
These treatments can be provided over lunch time in a separate room or can be adapted for 5 or 10min treatments at your desk.
For school staff, why not book a therapy session for your next in-service day or during health week.
