We are setting up relaxation classes for children in and around the Edinburgh area. We can also carry out classes in nurseries and primary schools (ideal activity for Health Week).

A Relax Kids class is a fun way to teach your child to relax with a different theme each week. The class includes some movement games, simple stretches, breathing exercises, peer/self massage, positive thinking and visualization story to finish. The aim of a Relax Kids class is to help develop your child's concentration, self-esteem and confidence.
