Payment must be made to the therapist at the time of treatment.

Cancellation of appointments

Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment

Workplace Therapies

*Please contact us if you wish to receive details of the workplace price list. The minimum time that a therapist is available for workplace visits is 2 hours.

Regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits can be arranged if you want to make this a  regular feature in your workplace. 

If treatments are being carried out in a workplace environment and being subsidized by an Employer, then the un-subsidized part must be paid for at the time of treatment and the Employer will be billed for the balance. The Employer's payment must be received within 14 days of the invoice date.
