Chill Skills for Adults

 
We run workshops onsite for companies, organisations, schools & community groups in & around Edinburgh.

This workshop offers a range of strategies to help you relax your body on a physical, mental & emotional level and help alleviate stress.

 

What’s Involved?

Key elements include:

Breath awareness
Body awareness and relaxation
Very gentle movements & stretches adapted from yoga
Simple massage
Positive thinking – using affirmations to help you train your mind
Mindfulness and visualisation practice

If you are holding an event in the workplace for health & well-being, this is an ideal workshop for you to include. Alternatively, if you have a group that would like to learn some relaxation skills, please contact me with your requirements.

This workshop is also ideal for school staff to include on an in-service day or during Health Week as an excellent method of relaxation as well as giving techniques that can be introduced in the classroom for a calmer environment.

Therapies such as reflexology, indian head massage & reiki can also be provided in the workplace/schools.

 

Prices:

£40 – up to 15 people
£50 – up to 20 people

A charge may apply depending on location & any parking charges.
